Return and Complaint Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at 2407.pl. We strive to ensure the highest quality of our products and services. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, below you will find detailed information about our return and complaint policy.

 

Returns

According to the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods. This right is granted exclusively to consumers (individuals making purchases for purposes unrelated to business activities).

Conditions for accepting returns

  • The goods must be in undamaged condition, showing no signs of use, and should be returned in the original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be attached to the returned goods.
  • To correctly process the return, we require a return form to be included in the package and sent to the email address ([email protected]).

Return costs

  • The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the return is the result of our mistake (e.g., you received the wrong or damaged goods).

How to return an item?

  • Fill out the contract withdrawal form, send it to ([email protected]), print it, and include it in the package.
  • Return the package to the address:

    Note: We will refund the payment no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of its dispatch.

 


Complaints

Physical defects of goods

  • If a physical defect of the goods is found, you have the right to submit a complaint within one year from the date of purchase.
  • We process complaints within 14 days from the date of submission. If the complaint is accepted, the defective goods will be repaired, replaced with new ones, or the value will be refunded.

Complaint process

  • To submit a complaint, fill out the complaint form  .PDF or .XLS, send it to ([email protected]) and include it in the package.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) should be attached to the complaint goods.
  • Send the package with the complaint goods and the return form to the address:

Note: A properly completed complaint form is the basis for complaint processing. Lack of complete information may cause delays or rejection of the complaint.

Damaged package

  • If the package is damaged, please immediately create a damage report in the presence of the courier.
  • The damage report should include the date, time, description of the damage, and the courier's signature.
  • Next, please send the damage report and photos of the damaged goods to: [email protected] 
  • Based on the received documents, we will start the complaint process. Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of submission.

Note: A properly written damage report is the basis for a complaint. Failure to create a damage report in the presence of the courier, despite noticing damage to the goods' packaging, may hinder the customer's ability to claim compensation.


Return and exchange of deposit goods (cores)

Return of deposit goods

  • Returning disassembled parts (so-called cores) under the regeneration program to recover the paid deposit is done at the sender's expense. The goods must be returned in the original packaging in which the new part for exchange was delivered.
  • The deposit paid upon the purchase of the new part will be refunded only after the returned core is accepted by the manufacturer of the new part. The decision is made by the manufacturer's experts, who assess whether the core is suitable for regeneration.
  • The manufacturer’s refund time is usually 7-31 days. The funds will be returned to the bank account provided by the customer returning the core.
  • The store has no influence on the time taken for the manufacturer to accept the core of the deposit goods.

Deposit refund conditions

  • The manufacturer will refund the deposit only for cores that were worn out naturally. Mechanical damage (e.g., cracks, damaged threads, drillings, bends) or missing integral elements of the core may disqualify the part for a deposit refund from the manufacturer.
  • IMPORTANT: The customer has 30 days to return disassembled parts (so-called cores) from the date of purchase. After this period, the cores will not be accepted due to procedural reasons beyond our control. Manufacturers consider 30 days sufficient time for disassembly and delivery of parts to the store.
