We ship orders from Poland to most countries around the world using InPost, DPD, DHL, Nova Post, and other carriers. The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically during the ordering process (Checkout) – depending on the delivery country, the value of the goods in the order, and the type of shipment (standard or oversized).
Note: The prices listed on the website apply to standard shipments. Oversized items (heavy or with non-standard dimensions) are priced individually – In this case, we will contact you after placing your order.

Shipping to Germany (DHL)
📦 Shipping to Germany is provided via DHL. Standard shipping cost — 50 PLN (up to 31.5 kg, max side length 120 cm, total dimensions ≤ 300 cm).
🚚 Oversized shipments are calculated individually — if the order exceeds the standard size or weight, please contact us.
⚠️ Important (legal restrictions): Germany has shipping restrictions for certain products and brands (including VAG: VW / Audi / Skoda / Seat, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and other brands). These restrictions are legal, not technical.
✅ How it works in practice: during checkout, such products will be unavailable when shipping to Germany is selected.

Delivery to Ukraine
Standard parcels are shipped to Ukraine by Nova Post. Orders for this destination are processed only after prepayment (100% payment in advance).

VAT and customs duties for shipping to Ukraine
Product prices on the 2407.PL website include Polish VAT (23%). For shipments to Ukraine, VAT is deducted from the value of the goods, and the shipment is VAT-free. Additional taxes and customs fees may be charged by Ukrainian customs authorities in accordance with local regulations.

🇪🇺 Delivery to European Union countries and selected European countries
We deliver standard parcels (usually up to approx. 10 kg) to European countries via DPD, DHL, and other carriers. The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically on the ordering page (Checkout), depending on the country and the items in the order.
- Shipping cost for most EU countries: from PLN 69 (standard shipment - up to 31.5 kg, longest side up to 120 cm, sum of sides ≤ 300 cm)

What is a bulky shipment?
A bulky shipment is considered a package that is heavy (e.g., over 30 kg) or has non-standard dimensions (length + width + height exceeding approximately 180 cm). Such shipments are priced individually – after placing your order, we will contact you with a shipping quote.
Does the shipping cost include VAT?
For deliveries within Poland and EU countries, the shipping cost includes VAT in accordance with applicable regulations. When shipping to Ukraine, VAT is deducted from the value of the goods, but additional fees (VAT, customs duties) may be charged by Ukrainian customs.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. After shipping, you will receive a tracking number, which will allow you to check the current status of your shipment on the carrier's website (InPost, DPD, DHL, Nova Post, or other courier).
Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try to update the delivery address before handing the package over to the courier. After shipment, the ability to change the address depends on the specific carrier's policies.
