How to enable "JavaScript" in different browsers
Follow these steps to enable JavaScript in Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge:
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome. Click on the three dots icon in the upper right corner.
- Select "Settings". In the dropdown menu, click on "Settings".
- Go to "Privacy and security". In the left panel, select "Privacy and security".
- Click on "Site settings". In the "Privacy and security" section, select "Site settings".
- Enable JavaScript. Scroll down to the "JavaScript" section and make sure the toggle is turned on.
Safari
- Open Safari. Click "Safari" in the top menu and select "Preferences".
- Go to the "Security" tab. In the settings window, select the "Security" tab.
- Enable JavaScript. Check the box next to "Enable JavaScript".
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox. Click on the three horizontal lines icon in the upper right corner.
- Select "Settings". In the dropdown menu, click on "Settings".
- Go to "Privacy & Security". In the left panel, select "Privacy & Security".
- Enable JavaScript. Scroll down to the "JavaScript" section and make sure the toggle is turned on.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge. Click on the three dots icon in the upper right corner.
- Select "Settings". In the dropdown menu, click on "Settings".
- Go to "Cookies and site permissions". In the left panel, select "Cookies and site permissions".
- Enable JavaScript. In the "All permissions" section, select "JavaScript" and make sure the toggle is turned on.

Updating the browser and installing security software may change JavaScript settings.
