2407.PL Bonus System

To make shopping even more rewarding, we have introduced a loyalty program.

After the first purchase, customers receive 2% of the order amount as bonus points, which can be used for future purchases.

How Does the Bonus System Work?

• 1 bonus point = 1 PLN.
• The number of points is rounded up in favor of the customer.
• Earned bonuses can be used the next day.
• Bonuses can be used to pay for both products and delivery.
• Bonuses are valid for 6 months from the date of accrual.
• Repeat orders earn bonuses only on the portion paid in cash.
• Bonuses can cover up to 99% of the order value (at least 1 PLN must be paid in cash).
• If a product is returned, the bonuses for it will be deducted.

Important! The bonus system has been in effect since 05.07.2022 – orders placed before this date do not participate in the program. 

How to Use Bonuses?

Bonus points can be applied when purchasing auto parts and other products at 2407.PL in the following ways:

1. Independently when placing an order:
   • In the personal account on 2407.pl.
   • Via the mobile app (Android/iOS).
2. By contacting 2407.PL consultants:
   • On live chat on the website.
   • By sending an email to [email protected].
   • By phone : +48 732 054 007.
   • In person at the sales office at:
     📍 Warsaw, 05-820, Reguły, ul. Elizy Orzeszkowej, 1c.

To use bonus points when placing an order, follow these steps:

Check your bonus balance

You can check your accumulated bonus points in your personal account, under "Wallet" → "Balance"

Using bonus points when placing an order on the website

1. At the payment method selection stage (Step 3):

Enter the number of bonus points you want to use

Click the confirmation button to apply the points

2. Order Payment:

Part of the amount will be covered by bonus points, and the remaining balance must be paid using another method

You can cover up to 99% of the order value with bonus points (at least 1 PLN must be paid using another method)

3. Changing the number of used bonus points:

If you need to adjust the number of points, refresh the order page, select a new amount, and confirm it before proceeding to payment

Using bonus points in the mobile app

When placing an order through the 2407.PL app (Android or iOS)

Enter the number of bonus points at the payment method selection stage

Using bonus points through consultation with a manager

1. Live chat on the website:
   • While placing an order, inform the consultant that you want to use bonus points.
2. Ordering by phone:
   • During a call with a manager at +48 732 054 007, inform them that you want to use your bonus points.
3. Ordering via email:
   • In an email to [email protected], state that you want to use bonus points.
4. Placing an order at the pickup point:
   • When purchasing at the pickup point located at Warsaw, 05-820, Reguły, ul. Elizy Orzeszkowej 1c, inform the seller that you want to use bonus points.
