Even after the first purchase, customers can expect to receive 2% of the order amount in the form of points to a bonus account for subsequent orders.  

We have created convenient and clear conditions for customers to accrue and use bonus points:  

• One bonus point = 1 zloty  
• When awarding bonus points, we round up the bonuses in favor of the customer.  
• Accrued bonus points can be used the very next day.  
• The customer can pay with bonuses for both goods and delivery (service) . 
• The validity of bonuses is up to 6 months from the date of accrual.  
• Bonuses are credited for recurring orders only for the part of the order related to direct payment for goods (not including the bonus part).
• You can pay with bonuses for 99% of the order. at least PLN 1 must be paid in non-bonus points. 
• When returning goods are deducted bonus points only for returned goods .

The bonus system is effective in our store from 05.07.2022.

Below are the detailed steps that customers must take to use their bonus points in each of the above described ways when purchasing products from our online store:

  To use the bonuses on your order, you need to do the following:  

At the stage of placing the order, in section 3 " Methods of payment ", the customer can decide whether he wants to use bonus points on this order.   

If the customer wants to pay for part of the order with bonus points, he must specify the number of bonus points he wants and click to use them.  

  After the order is placed, part of it will be paid with the selected bonus points, and the rest will be for payment.  

The customer can pay 99% of the order amount with bonus points, with the prerequisite, the use of bonus points when placing an order is that the part of the amount to be paid cannot be less than 1 PLN.  

If the customer wants to change the number of bonuses to be used when paying for a particular order, before proceeding to the payment step, reload the order confirmation page and select a different number of bonuses to be used for the order.

If a customer has bonus points and contacts via live-chat on our website to place a new order, in order to use the bonus points to pay for the order, the customer must inform the advisor in the live-chat that he or she wishes to use the bonus points for that order.
