REFUND:

Refunds are made in cases provided for by Polish law and Regulamin.

In order to receive a refund, customer must send the Free Return Request to his personal advisor by e-mail. Such an application will be an electronic document, so it must be sent from the email address specified in the client’s account and include the client’s mobile number for identification.
