Tests confirm that the high and stable coefficient of friction of Breck pads allows effective braking in all atmospheric conditions, regardless of load and speed. Reasonable prices for pads compared to their very slow wear, i.e. high durability, allow you to optimize the cost of spare parts for the brake system.

Pad wear resistance
Breck pads are resistant to wear at high temperatures, fading (reduced braking performance during hot brakes) and water exposure. Coating pads with varnish, makes it resistant to high temperatures and protects against corrosion.
Technological features
Fading, vibrations, noise, squeaks or dust limit the safety and comfort of the ride. These are the key aspects to which we attach great importance in the process of planning and designing products. Our pads use:
- carrier plates produced by precise cutting, the so-called "fine blanking". This guarantees high repeatability of measurements, precise cutting, free operation of the pad in the caliper and convenient mounting. This is a big advantage for us, since most manufacturers use mechanical cutting, which can cause the pads to stick in the caliper, resulting in damage to the pads and discs;
- shim, a metal element coated on both sides with a protective layer, damping vibrations and preventing squeaks for the entire period of operation of the pads. It is worth adding that a cheap and low-quality anti-squeak layer of polymer mass is often used on the market. This, unfortunately, has a direct impact on the comfort of use;
- "scorching" the process of burning out organic compounds from the surface of the friction material. This process limits the release of excessive gases during lapping, i.e. the so-called initial fading. The block burned out in such a process provides high braking efficiency immediately after installation;
- well-chosen composition of Breck pads, thanks to which the pads interact perfectly with the Breck brake disc, and there is no dusting during braking;
- the "Compress Control" system, which guarantees that Breck brake pads, thanks to the most modern and automated production processes, are a repeatable product of the highest quality.
